in 1937, a small group of sportsmen formed an organization known as Ducks Unlimited with one mission in mind, habitat conservation. Ducks Unlimited is now the world’s largest and most effective private waterfowl and wetlands conservation organization. Ducks Unlimited has nearly 800,000 members and has conservation projects throughout the united states, canada, mexico, and areas of latin america and the caribbean.
Ducks Unlimited volunteers posses the passion and commitment to conserve wetland habitat in the most critical regions. to date, the Ducks Unlimited organization has conserved more than 11.6 million acres of waterfowl habitat in north america and has raised more than $2.3 billion dollars.
